Require each federal agency to prepare a list of all of the regulations they impose on American business, and rank them from most critical to health and safety to least critical. Least critical regulations will receive priority consideration for repeal. Lift restrictions on American energy, which will increase GDP annually by $100 billion, create 500,000 new jobs and increase wages by over $30 billion over the next 7 years. Initiate target review into The Environmental Protection Agency’s Clean Power Plan. Initiate target review into The EPA’s Waters of the United States rule. Initiate target review on The Department of Interior’s moratorium on coal mining permits. Corruption Propose a constitutional amendment to impose term limits on all members of Congress. A hiring freeze on all federal employees to reduce the federal workforce through attrition (exempting military, public safety, and public health). A requirement that for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated. A five-year ban on White House and Congressional officials becoming lobbyists after they leave government service. A lifetime ban on White House officials lobbying on behalf of a foreign government. A complete ban on foreign lobbyists raising money for American elections. Constitution & 2nd Amendment Nominate United States Supreme Court justices that will abide by the rule of law and the Constitution of the United States that includes upholding the Second Amendment. Defend the Second Amendment of our Constitution. The right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed upon. Gun and magazine bans – the government has no business dictating what types of firearms good, honest people are allowed to own. National right to carry – should be legal in all 50 states.
