plus Tell NAFTA partners that we intend to immediately renegotiate the terms of that agreement to get a better deal for our workers. If they don’t agree to a renegotiation, we will submit notice that the U.S. intends to withdraw from the deal.
settings Instruct the Treasury Secretary to label China a currency manipulator.
settings Instruct the U.S. Trade Representative to bring trade cases against China, both in this country and at the WTO.
settings Boost growth to 3.5 percent per year on average, with the potential to reach a 4 percent growth rate.

Tax Plan
settings A married couple earning $50,000 per year with two children and $8,000 in child care expenses will save 35% from their current tax bill.
settings A married couple earning $75,000 per year with two children and $10,000 in child care expenses will receive a 30% reduction in their tax bill.
settings A married couple earning $5 million per year with two children and $12,000 in child care expenses will get only a 3% reduction in their tax bill.
settings The plan lowers the business tax rate to 15%. 
settings A 10% tax on repatriation.
settings The plan also allows U.S.-based manufacturers to elect full expensing of plant and equipment, an invitation to massive investment. If they elect this approach, they will give up the ability to deduct interest expense.
settings Tax brackets in the individual income tax will be reduced from 7 to 3. Tax rates will be 12%, 25% or 33%, with thresholds very similar to the House GOP plan.

Security

National Defense
plus Immediately after taking office, Mr. Trump will ask the generals to present a plan within 30 days to defeat and destroy ISIS.

settings Ask that Congress pass legislation that empowers the Secretary of the VA to discipline or terminate any employee who has jeopardized the health, safety or well-being of a veteran.
settings Create a commission to investigate all the fraud, cover-ups, and wrong-doing that has taken place in the VA, and present these findings to Congress to spur legislative reform.
settings Create a private White House hotline, which will be active 24 hours a day answered by a real person. It will be devoted to answering veteran’s complaints of wrongdoing at the VA and ensure no complaints fall through the cracks.
settings Stop giving bonuses to any VA employees who are wasting money, and start rewarding employees who seek to improve the VA’s service, cut waste, and save lives.
settings Increase the number of mental health care professionals, and allow veteran’s to be able to seek mental health care outside of the VA.
settings Ensure every veteran has the choice to seek care at the VA or at a private service provider of their own choice.
Cyber Security
settings Order an immediate review of all U.S. cyber defenses and vulnerabilities, including critical infrastructure, by a Cyber Review Team of individuals from the military, law enforcement, and the private sector.
settings Instruct the U.S. Department of Justice to create Joint Task Forces throughout the U.S. to coordinate Federal, State, and local law enforcement responses to cyber threats.

Domestic Issues

Immigration
clock Begin working on an impenetrable physical wall on the southern border, on day one.

clock Move criminal aliens out day one, in joint operations with local, state, and federal law enforcement.

Education

settings Immediately add an additional federal investment of $20 billion towards school choice. This will be done by reprioritizing existing federal dollars.

settings Establish the national goal of providing school choice to every one of the 11 million school aged children living in poverty.
settings Work with Congress on reforms to ensure universities are making a good faith effort to reduce the cost of college and student debt in exchange for the federal tax breaks and tax dollars.
settings Ensure that the opportunity to attend a two or four-year college, or to pursue a trade or a skill set through vocational and technical education, will be easier to access, pay for, and finish.

  4. Please add: “An amendment, pushed by Lyndon Johnson, many years ago, threatens religious institutions with a loss of their tax-exempt status if they openly advocate their political views. I am going to work very hard to repeal that language and protect free speech for all Americans.”

  5. There already is a bill proposed in the House for term limits that the President Trump said he would sign. Right now House members are in the process of getting additional support for additional signatures. That promise should be listed as in progress currently.

  7. He’s doing a lot better then i assumed he would and he’s actually building a wall? He’s not perfect but he’s the best president America has had in years. The only downside i can see is the lack of effort put into fighting global warming. The threat of our extinction.
